MDS for MSOs:  One Software, Multiple Solutions - Our software includes the following modules:

1.  Programming Fee Module – manages all programming fee contracts, including Retransmission Consent Fees, and fully automatics the license fee calculation process, including all remittance backup reports.  This module contains features that enable various bulk subscriber calculations (i.e. EBUS, % of units, Bulk floors) and well as free subscriber limitations and bad debt deductions.

2.  Franchise Fee Module - Manage all of your individual Franchise contracts in one database and calculate your Franchise Fees by municipality based on multi-year term and specific revenue category.  Includes several options for uploading subscriber revenue data.

3. Subscriber Billing Service Upload/Mapping Module - This is our interface with 3rd party subscriber billing reports such as CSG/ICOMS/Great Lakes and is used in conjunction with the MDS for MSOs Programming Fee Module.  Enables the user to efficiently upload subscriber counts and allocate to the proper packages/headends based on rate code/service codes and franchise area codes.

4.  PPV/VOD License Fee Module - Enables management of all PPV/VOD products/titles, upload of detailed information from subscriber billing reports/VOD servers, management of all PPV/VOD contracts with suppliers, and calculation of all related fees with applicable remittance backup.  We have designed it to address the requirements of TVN and InDemand, however it can be used for any content provider.
